Jaan Sidorov MD, MHSA

Dr. Jaan Sidorov is the CEO and President of The Care Centered Collaborative, a Pennsylvania Medical Society subsidiary organization dedicated to improving patient care by partnering with physician-led medical practices throughout Pennsylvania. He is a board certified general internal medicine physician with over 25 years of experience in primary care, inpatient care, medical education and evidence-based practice. Jaan believes physician leadership throughout the continuum of care is the bedrock of value-based care delivery 

In addition to authoring 50 peer-reviewed scientific publications, he has also written articles in nationally recognized journals examining the role of boards in oversight of non-financial healthcare outcomes, innovation, the role of physicians in corporate governance and big data. He’s been quoted in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Consumer Reports, and has appeared on NPR’s All Things Considered and public television’s Need to Know.

Dennis Olmstead, MPA

Dennis Olmstead is Senior Vice President of Business Strategy & Development at the Care Centered Collaborative (CCC), a subsidiary of the Pennsylvania Medical Society (PAMED).  Prior to joining CCC, Mr. Olmstead spent 25 years with PAMED and held a number of leadership positions including Chief Strategy Officer and Medical Economist.  After graduating from Pennsylvania State University with a Masters in Public Administration, Mr. Olmstead worked for the Pennsylvania State Government’s Legislative Budget and Finance Committee and the Independent Regulatory Review Commission.  He then worked as Director of Reimbursement for Foster Medical, as Director of Reimbursement for Temple University’s Clinical Practice Plan, and as Director of Reimbursement for the Penn State College of Medicine Practice Plan. As part of the senior management team for the Pennsylvania Medical Society, which represents Pennsylvania physicians, he served as the primary liaison with health insurers, and state and federal regulators on Affordable Care Act, managed care, and health policy issues. As Chief Strategy Officer, he assisted the Executive Vice President, Vice Presidents, and subsidiary CEOs with creating, communicating, implementing and sustaining strategic initiatives.

Bruce Roscher, CPA, CFP®, CMA, CGMA

Bruce Roscher is the Chief Financial Officer of PMSCO, a Pennsylvania Medical Society organization dedicated to improving patient care through the integration of physician-led medical practices. He is an accounting and finance professional with over 30 years of experience in the financial and operational management of medical practices and their ancillary services. He received his Business Administration degree from Drexel University. Upon graduation, he earned his Certified Public Accountant designation, followed by Certified Financial Planner, Certified Management Accountant and Certified Global Management Accountant. More recently, he obtained his insurance license with the following lines of authority – Accident and Health, Life and Fixed Annuities. He is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

Anita Brazill

Anita Brazill is the Vice President for Partnerships and Practice Support.  She previously served as a Director in the Integrated Account Management (IAM) team of Merck Human Health.  With more than 20 years of business-building and population health results, she is seen as a leader in Corporate Communication, Marketing and Business Development.  Over the last 10 years she helped develop and define Merck’s strategic business-to-business approaches with large health care systems such as Geisinger, The University of Pennsylvania, and large Pennsylvania-based Accountable Care Organizations and IPAs.  Throughout her career Anita has been recognized for her business results, leadership, customer relationships, and strategic thinking. In addition to her strong professional experience, Anita holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Marywood University.  More recently, she has taken graduate courses in the Masters of Public Health program at The Thomas Jefferson University School of Population Health and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.  She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ). Anita is a member of the Board of Directors of The Clay Studio in Philadelphia and a member of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce “Business on Board” program.

Diane Littlewood RN, BSN, CCM

Diane Littlewood is the VP Care Management & Practice Integration. During her tenure as Director, Education and Strategic Partners, and Director, Population Health at the Geisinger Health Plan her work included the development and implementation new case management modules: inpatient and outpatient case management modules, and the advanced medical home model. Diane has been published and serves as guest lecturer for nursing and the medical home concept.

Diane holds an RN degree from Hahnemann University, BSN from Misericordia University and MSN from Grand Canyon University.
