Clinically integrated networks can help physicians work together to respond to value-based care. This model includes accountability for patient outcomes, which involves a level of risk assumption.

This one-hour, 1-credit CME will help participants better understand the benefits and accountability involved in Clinically Integrated Network participation.

About the speaker: Jaan Sidorov, MD, MHA, practiced internal medicine in Pennsylvania for 20 years.  He is currently the CEO of The Care Centered Collaborative at The Pennsylvania Medical Society is on the Board of the Directors of The Population Health Alliance, Washington, D.C.  Dr. Sidorov is president of the Dauphin County Medical Society.
